Private (One On One) Yoga Session


Ready to try yoga but you feel intimidated by the class setting or maybe you aren't quite as comfortable with your body to practice in a group setting? If you are recovering from an injury, have a hard time getting up and down off the floor, have a large body, or just want to try yoga in a low-pressure, judgment-free environment – My body positive one on one yoga sessions were created just for you!

Session Breakdown:

  1. 15 minute breath-work
  2. 45 Yoga (Asana) Flow
  3. 30 minute assisted stretch and cool down
